About

The California Air Resources Board (CARB) and the University of California Riverside (UCR) have partnered to provide Referee services for the California Clean Truck Check. The Clean Truck Check Referee (also referred to as CARBTest) program’s mission is to provide independent evaluations of non-gasoline, heavy-duty vehicles with a gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of 14,000 lbs and up. CARBTest offers services for heavy-duty vehicles with inspection incompatibilities or compliance issues.
