The California Air Resources Board (CARB) and the University of California Riverside Center for Environmental Research and Technology (CE-CERT) have partnered to provide Referee services for the California Clean Truck Check. The Clean Truck Check Referee (or also referred to as CARBTest) program’s mission is to provide independent evaluations of heavy-duty vehicles and services for vehicles with inspection incompatibilities or compliance issues.
