About

The Clean Truck Check Referee (also referred to as CARBTest) program’s mission is to provide independent evaluations of non-gasoline, heavy-duty vehicles with a gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of 14,000 lbs and up. CARBTest offers services for heavy-duty vehicles with inspection incompatibilities or compliance issues.
